This is the point we all will miss in this. (And it's not the first time the FBI has dropped the ball in complete wtf ineptitiude.) Seriously, is the FBI/Police run by Barney Fife nowadays or what? Are there too many agencies? To: the point that the left hand doesn't know what the right (DHS) hand is doing?

Oh believe me, I didn't miss this point. but if the guy committed no crime, what should the FBI do?
