He plays ok on occasion, I will give him that. But it just seemed like he always had more negative plays (crucial drops, missed assignments) than positive. I'm not bashing him by any means, but at 6'4" he should've been much more consistent.
Nevertheless, hopefully some of the new guys can plug right into his spot and make a difference, especially with Stidham slinging the rock.

This year, he actually was a solid contributor and his reputation blinded people from that. I'm sure if you added up the drop totals, he is significantly lower than most on the board would believe. He also never seemed like a liability blocking
For Kyle Davis, he supposedly didn't know the playbook and often ran incorrect routes and/or blocking assignments.
Obviously the NCM lack of playing time over the season is explained.
