When is Etienne announcing?

Is he waiting until NSD? Anyone know where he is leaning-is this an LSU TAMU battle? Does Bama go after him if they lose harris?

If any RB ever chooses Aggie over LSU he dumb. But anyway.........
"Just talked to a staff member that is around him a lot. Anyways, he talked with him last week and as of that time Etienne was planning to commit to A&m on the 20th. The reasons (aka what Kevin Sumlin is filling his head with )is that he was a fall back plan the whole way and was pointing out that he realized that he only got his offer because cam akers said no. Sources like Hamm finally found some decent sources around this area. I post this info in hopes that our coaching staff will become aware of this and be able to smooth things over. Anyways, if he sets up an announcement on the 20th it probably won't be good. Down vote away."

I mean, at some point the player/family has to be able to think for themselves. If he would rather go to that shite show at a&m, more power to him. If he can't see the opportunity at Lsu with the need for rb....and the fact that at some point soon, sumlin continuing to underperform will cost him his job...then maybe Lsu isn't the place for him. That said, you may be full of shite, so who knows.

Stephen1979-This is NOT about Todd Harris, my comment was in reference to Najee Harris (RB) that was making a spectacle about choosing between Bama and Michigan. The OP asked would Harris (RB) not going to Bama effect Etienne. Therefore, I responded by letting him know NAJEE Harris made it public today that he is sticking with Bama.

Sure, take the advice fronm a coach who has been on the hot seat for 2 years and when he loses more than 2 games next year will be fired. Going to a&m would be the dumbest decision this kid can make.

Well, you're right! He was a fall back plan because as soon as Akers committed to FSU then LSU offered him. They disrespected this kid, if he chose A&M it wouldn't be stupid, it would be pay back for them being stupid. I felt like this kid should have been offered a long time ago.
