If the CIA never existed they couldn't have supplied and trained a young Osama bin Laden and his Mujahideen.

This would have saved the US $6T in total war spending from 2001-2016

In the midst of a dispute with the IC about foreign influence in this election, his first real target in the federal government is ODNI.

This is perfect. Let's restore the Director of CIA as DCI and head of the community. Should be terrific.
