Yes, smarts and talent is what makes a really good QB and that's what makes that kid at USC so special, and he was a freshman doing what he did yesterday against Penn State. If Brennan turns out to be half as good as that kid LSU has a winner. That kid anticipated his receivers going to a certain spot and dropped the ball on them like a magician. Unreal is his arm talent and skills! The pros can't wait til he leaves USC.
and with regards to the difference in weight between Brennan and the DB's, he is almost 6'5" and the DB's are 5'10" to 6'2" 3" at the most. And they won't be taking hits on a consistent basis like he will. Being 6'5" and 180 in the SEC is not a good thing, he'll get broken up. Moffitt will have a job to do on him before he comes close to seeing the field.
