No man, round-a-bouts is the way to go. Look what they have done for Central and Zachary where they put them. Two intersections that had very little traffic and few backups.

Of course the loop is nothing more than a giant round-a-bout, but BR doesnt want it because it would lose money from people who stop to eat or get gas while passing through.
