Does anyone know anything about these condos? Are they worth the money?

There is only one "Crescent" that is relevant, and it resides in Hammond, America.

au contraire mon frere, the Crescent is located on University Lake at Baton Rouge Beach, therefore totally worth it.

I can't tell you if they are "worth the money" or not. For me - it's a bit expensive for a small living area - but I have young kids and it's really not in my wheelhouse right now.

I can tell you they are nice and there's not much else to compare them to in BR. If that's the kind of living you're looking for - close proximity to LSU, good walking area around the complex and across the street around the LSU lakes, in a condo atmosphere - then go for it.

You're paying for location and lifestyle. I know there are a lot of units that are empty much of the time - people who own them show up around football games and other events.

My father-in-law owns one and loves it there.

A hot summer day, a balcony, a pair of binoculars, and a loose robe make them worth it.

I find almost all properties by LSU to be insanely overpriced for what they are, for relatively marginal benefit.
