Direct Tv Tech question?

My tv in my kitchen is stuck on ESPN with gray lines at the top and bottom. I've unplugged, reset, reset main box. All I know to do, any of you guys know what my problem might be before I call??

What do you mean? It won't change off ESPN how would that be the tv and not the direct tv box?

try moving the tv to a different location and see what happens

Go to settings > info & test > run system test
for additional testing you can
1 Restart Receiver
2 When they see "Running receiver self-check" press select
3 You will see "Entering Diagnostics Mode..."
4 Select Advanced Tests Menu

The remote on that box won't allow you to do anything except turn the volume up and down. When you reset it goes through set up, screen goes white, then pops up ESPN with whatever is on at the time with a gray bar at the top and bottom of the screen.
