There's a ton of other factors I would need to know about, but without knowing your situation I'll just say what worked for our first.
Babywise-got that boy on a schedule of eat, sleep, play at 6 weeks. He ate every 3-4 hours during day, even if he wasn't fussing for a bottle. It establishes a routine, which we found made our baby much happier. Eat, nap, then play time on tummy, kick n play, whatever yours enjoys. Just don't let the baby sleep through the entire routine; a 3-4 hour nap several times a day isn't very conducive to a recognition between day/night.
The five S's for sleep. Swaddle, side, shushing, swing, suck. Our child had to be swaddled until 6-7 months. If his arms were freed he would punch and play the entire time. The swaddle me Velcro ones were my favorite because he couldn't bust out of them. Side-hold them on the sides facing away from you and swing back and forth. Shushing aka white noise. We had two of these machines going while he slept--it was vital. Swing-pretty explanatory but without the swing we would've never slept. Baby had reflux so the swing position was great for when he would nap after a bottle. Suck--passifier if your baby likes it. My son loved his wubanubs.
Best of luck. It sounds like you're on your way to a good sleep routine. In my experience a good schedule is honestly the best way to keep everyone happy.
