More articles. When I prosecuted if I thought people were guilty of crimes I had to file a bill of information including specific statutes. Elements and then prove their actions met those elements.

"As a charter, it is a constituent treaty, and all members are bound by its articles. Furthermore, Article 103 of the Charter states that obligations to the United Nations prevail over all other treaty obligations.[1][2] Most countries in the world have now ratified the Charter."

When the US invaded Iraq without Security Council approval it violated international law.

The conference

"The basic framework for the proposed United Nations was framed in the vision of US President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, in which the United States, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom and China would lead the postwar international order. It would be these countries, with the addition of France, who would assume the permanent seats on the Security Council. At the conference in Malta, it was proposed that the permanent members have veto power. This proposal was adopted at the Yalta conference. At the same conference, they began sending invitations to the conference.[1] 46 countries were invited to San Francisco. They had declared war on Germany and Japan, having signed the Declaration by United Nations.[3]"

Again - in violating the UN Charter the Bushies pissed on our war dead of World War Two, who died so that an effective international body could come into being and block aggressive war makers like Hitler and Bush.

So no consititutional issue or treason issues? We are focusing just in UN rules? Good we are getting somewhere. Now please cite the specific rule you claim he violated. What the UN states are the elements necessary to be in violation and the specific actions you allege meet those elements.

Now we can start to discuss it rationally. I'm not interested in articles. Let's discuss the law.
