Woh. You keep saying it doesn't make it true. The report never indicates whether it was a Russian civilian or governmental employee that hacked. It also never says there was an attempt to influence the election. It simply says the hacked data was released to the media. Banging the war drum while making gigantic leaps with no evidence is much more disturbing to me than what that report said.

The FBI report refers to actions by the Russian government through both civilian and military intelligence services. It doesn't cover actions by private groups.
