1. Was everything still cooking and the little smokies were an appetizer? That is how it should be.

2. Sauce piquant and gumbo? They can both be filling with rice, and crackers/potato salad for the gumbo

3. Maybe the sauce was boss on them smokies

4. How does this match with millennials? How is eating a lot of cheap little sausages over what or may not be good gumbo and sauce piquant, a defining characteristic? If anything, I'd say the millennials would have complained about the little processed meat cases
