We always make gougeres and little sausage drop biscuits. Then brunch it up around 11. Tenderloin over grit cakes or something similar.

This was brunch two years ago (asparagus, andouille grit cake, tenderloin, egg, mushroom cream sauce with the pan drippings):


Last year we stepped it up with Christmas tree shaped grit cakes.
