Word. I used to work in supply for the military. The gobs of money I saw wasted before my eyes was mind-blowing. Especially compared to the standards my civilian job upholds for its logistics.

Actually it's mandated that profit is limited to 10%.
Now if the Contractor is cooking the books, then that's outright fraud.
