That sounds good to me. Top of the World looks like a pretty unique experience although I do like that Circus Circus is not a la carte. Either way, looks like a $200ish dinner for 2 at either place.

How far out would we need to make reservations at places like these?

If you know your dates, call now and book your reservation. Never know what big convention will be in town for Vegas.

If you go to The Steakhouse at Circus Circus, ask for waiter Michael Champeau. He's been there for nearly 30 years.

I've heard good things about Hugo's Cellar at Four Queens. It's very old school and looks to be a very different vibe from CUT or Prime. It looks like the kind of place you would have visited in the 70's and they haven't updated the decor since. I would say avoid STK at The Cosmo. It seemed more like a nightclub with a mediocre steak. Andiamo's which is at The D is a good downtown option as well. It's an Italian steakhouse.
