Air Canada rouge does serve alcohol, but it's not complimentary on their long haul routes like other airlines. So if you want to drink bring your wallet and stop worrying about the little bottles.

Also, rouge doesn't have any video screens, but you can watch free entertainment through the air Canada app on your devices. Just make sure they're charged because rouge doesn't have any outlets.
