How fricked will alot of people be if Amazon turns in previous purchases to the state?

I thought it wasn't allowed if they do not have a distribution plant in state. This is going to hurt independent sellers. I'll stick to eBay in that case.

They can't. They had no tax collection agreement with that state. They use that to their advantage. You want us to collect tax, we want an abatement for our fulfillment center for 50 years.
