How does that differ from an offensive coach like Urban, who loses his DC? Or Saban losing his OC this year? Bc he is a defensive guy will his recruiting class fall apart? I don't think so.

He clearly means O's identity or system on both sides of the ball is likely to be tied to his coordinators, not just one like the coaches mentioned.
