You're leaving off the traffic on 190 and also the interstate. I grew up in Mandeville/Covington and I'm blown away now by the traffic. No exaggeration, I'd take Baton Rouge and New Orleans traffic over the Northshore area any day. And if there is a parade going on in Mandeville you're better off walking. The population bump after Katrina was ridiculous.
I still love the area but the traffic has gotten crazy.
