re: I expect a big, big improve in Etling

Etling has more poise than any of our recent quarterbacks. He has decent pocket awareness, is harder to panic and makes fewer catastrophic mistakes. He's better at making plays that keep drives alive rather than choking or panicking in critical situations. The team also seems to responds better to his on field leadership.

Is he as good athletically as Harris -- no -- but he doesn't get that "deer in headlights" look and fall apart either. I think he will do well in Coach Canada's system this spring and fall and and be ready for next season.
