Those numbers arent devistating, but anything that reaches 200 in the LDL or TRI is considered in the bad/risk range. The HDL is good cholesterol, so you want it to be higher. Zero fried foods, red meat, limited eggs. Add oatmeal as your breakfast of choice, and since you cant go to the gym, walk as much as possible! There are lots of online resources out there for naturally lowering cholesterol.
