Ian Rapaport said that it usually ends up higher than projections by a couple of mil and the cap is supposed to get to around $200 million by 2020
Kirk Cousins, Derek Carr and Matt Stafford all should now be able to surpass Andrew Lucks AAV

quote:
Matt Stafford
Through the 2016 season will have cash earnings of 111MM. His base next season is 16.5MM, in the final year of his contract at the age of 29. He will get an extension before that happens somewhere is the range of $150-160 million with a signing bonus between $25-$30MM.
So Matt Stafford will have already been paid over $150 million before turning 30 with zero playoff wins.
