my wife (no pics) has "celiak disease", whatever the frick that is. Basically, she can't ingest gluten or her tummy will hurt. Gluten is in everything, and yes they are nazis about it.

It's more than just a tummy ache. Your wife has an autoimmune disease where her body attacks itself when she ingests gluten. The villi in the small intestine get decimated. SO all kinds of vitamin deficiencies will lead to MS, Lupus, Hashimoto's and/or cancer. Autoimmune is serious business.
