I have no problem, ethically speaking, about a woman turning tricks if she feels she needs (or wants) to, even if I think it is morally disgusting.

Pimps, though, are almost always going to be exploiting the frick out of working girls. They're actually dangerous, as opposed to the hookers who give some poor guy the clap

Very true. Most of the dangers of prostitution lie in our countries puritanical attitude to it. Rather then recognize it as an inevitability, we criminalize it, making something that isn't very safe to begin with, an incredible dangerous situation and public health hazard. All it does is fills up cells and allows std rates to increase. It also pimps to exist, further exploiting women in a desperate point in their lives. Human trafficking is also more prevalent because of criminalized prostitution.

Obviously, i don't want my family or friends working in the industry, and I feel like a chump if I spend money in a strip club, let alone a prostitute. But it's called the world's oldest profession for a reason. Industry regulation would have numerous health and social beneficial effects on society. Also, it'd allow Buga to get laid before he graduates.

The one benefit to illegal prostitution is it gives those ugly girls a job, be it an illegal one. You think someone is paying for her if its legal and there are 100s of options? lol
