That, is an excellent point,
and goes to show the difference in a properly controlled immigration policy where you cherry pick the best and brightest from any culture,
to one where you simply have a mass dumping of who knows what.

Unfortunately, the mass dumping is no longer confined to Central America thanks to the refugee policy of Obama.
