I dont believe he meant to kill anyone. I think the smith crew put him in a bad situation and he thought he saw or heard something that he didnt and made a mistake. Thats not to say he didnt make any misteps, but I think the smith crew made more.

manslaughter with a gun means it's at least 20

apparently he can get all the way up to 60 with the 2 guilty verdicts combined

gun to my head... I'd guess somewhere in the 30 year range w/ probation possibility... hard to overcome 8 in the back

I saw the ticker on ESPN say facing "20 to 40," then I read the DA's comments in this thread. The ticker should say, "facing 20 AND 40 years"
