Instant death penalty, with no financial support (public or private) given to their families. If you hold so tightly to your personal political ideology that you are willing to violate an oath to the people that you are representing and you would willingly give your life with no aid to your family, then by all means go for it. If not, shut the frick up and fulfill your obligation.
FWIW, I would say the same thing about a Trump supporting elector refusing to vote for Clinton if she won the state he/she represents.

I'm assuming he got that position by some type of inside dealing with monied PTB. Find who they are, expose them and put public pressure on them. He'll change his tune soon enough.
