Recruiting just isn't his cup of tea. He's a master strategist and will handle the Xs and Os with whatever pieces he's given.

Surround him with recruiters and let him do what he does best. The less he has to be out recruiting the happier we keep him.

How do we know recruiting isn't his cup of tea? Just because he has a calm demeanor doesn't make it so.

He gets the least bang for his buck. The fact that cam Cameron was the highest paid coordinator in the SEC at any point is laughable, and throw in Les' awful contract and you realize just how bad he is at managing the AD. Oh and paying O 3.5 mil is laughable when there wasn't a single program interested in him, should be paying him 2.5-3 at most with incentives.
