I don't know why you keep calling him a moron. If there had been upsets in the CCGs, both TCU and Baylor could've gotten in. There was no benefit for him declare one over the other.

If he only pushed Baylor based on head-to-head, he's instantly eliminating his conference champion with the better resume from consideration.

Not to mention TCU and the other members of the Big XII would've flipped out if they saw their own commissioner displaying favoritism for Baylor.
