Bolton and his war mongering neo con overlords set policy for GW. They made up his entire cabinet. It seems like you don't really understand how these people are connected or what their philosophy is. Bush was a tool for these turds. Now trump is putting them into his admin.

Bolton is way radicalized in neoconservative orthodoxy than Cheney and Rumsfeld ever were. He makes Bill Kristol dovish as hell.
