High ceiling low floor depending on who his staff is. I'd bet the A.D. thinks he's fired if they need another head coach in a couple years so might as well try to swing for the fences.
I don't like Western Michigan's offense but maybe it would look better with Oregon's players. I really don't like USF's offense (Taggart) and it looks like it will get Oregon's QB hurt pretty quick.
