Just before 10am, the university issued a warning telling students at the school's Columbus campus to shelter in place. The first reports of gunshots came from Watts Hall, which is home to the school's Materials Science and Engineering program. If someone with a gun walks up to you and tries to shoot you, do whatever you can to stay alive. That's all they are saying. They aren't saying to walk up and tie their shoes together. Just survive.
