Any thoughts or opinions on Muck Boot Company products, specifically the Muckster II (the shoes)?
They are actually for work (work in an ER, need something comfortable, easy to clean, durable). One of my co-workers uses them at his camp and loves them. I know someone else who uses them for the same line of work but don't know his opinion on them.

they're certainly durable but may be a bit heavy to be wearing if on your feet all day.

Haven't had a pair in a while, but what I do remember is when I changed from Muck to Lacrosse, it was surprising how heavy the Mucks were.

Too heavy for all day work. I own a small farm and wear Lacrosse. They are fantastic boots and you can't do wrong with them. I just prefer light weight gear, without compromising comfort.

Over rated for anything but duck hunting. Wear them in the woods and the sticker bushes tear them to pieces.. I just buy a new pair of academy boots every year

Im on my 5th season with my mucks. Deer hunting, duck hunting, doesn't matter. Best boot there is out there IMO.

Not a fan of Muck boots. To heavy for me. Have seen friends buy them and seams come un-vulcanized. Not to mention thorns and stick put holes in them really quick compared to Lacorsse options. Just not a good option any more with so many others on the market today.

My favorite boots by far. The heavy comments are puzzling. People must be buying the wrong models.

Yea, I'm wondering which model people have to be complaining on weight. I have the wetland 17" boot and they are very lightweight. I can't imagine if he gets the muckster slip ons that they would be in any way too heavy for daily use in the hispital

I accidentally bought some of the insulated ones, and those are a bit of a pain. Hard to walk in, but damn am I glad I have them for a few mornings a year. I need a new pair of Wetlands.

I went through two pairs in a season. Stickers tore them to pieces
