Alleva may get his bidding war with Texas after all...just not quite in the form which he expected.
ETA...that having been said, I think Alleva works very quickly to lock Aranda down and I think he stays here.

And that is why Alleva should have made Texas pay more for Herman, so they would think longer and harder about matching LSU for Aranda...

Sorry, cannot believe this after Alleva's track record. If Aranda stays, it will be because he wants to and not because Alleva locked him down.
Alleva is weak and spineless.
