Many of you are very ignorant about negotiating tactics. You drive the price up on your competition by staying in the game. Have none of you ever bid before? You bid the price up on Herman and make UTw break the bank for him. You still have Orgeron in your back pocket if/when you lose Herman. You dont fricking quit as soon as someone else enters the bidders pool.
