Pros:
Great recruiter
Motivator
Passionate
Not oblivious on sidelines
Wanted the job and will work hard
Cons:
Unproven in non-interim capacity
Doesn't feel like Xs and Os guy
Relies on motivation way too much
Doesn't have an identity offensively
Unproven as player developer esp offensively

Playing on emotion too much is worst one since you can't get up emotionally for every game.
