Hiring the interim guy can end up like Dabo or like Bobby Williams, John L, and Bill Stewart.
The CEO style can work like with Dabo or the old guys who just recruit (Bobby Bowden). However, as been said ad nauseum on here, that system is heavily dependent on assistant continuity.
I see Orgeron as Brady Hoke. Very likable guy who can recruit well, but should not be running the ship.
