re: Trying to be objective...is O really a bad decision?

I think the circumstances around the decision (firing miles early, rushing in to the hire, not conducting a proper search) are worse than the product we probably end up getting from O if that makes sense. I don't think he's going to tank the program and he very well may catch lightning in a bottle one year if he keeps up the lights out recruiting, but I just feel we didn't explore our options nearly as closely as we should've.
