Saban was 34-24-1 at Michigan state

And was hired not on his record at Michigan state, but his potential to be great. Meyer was 17-6 at Bowling green, but was hired for his potential. Same goes with Herman. If this was 1999, the O tards would be screaming for O over Saban. Purest example of insanity.

Yep. How did that turn out for LSU in 1987. Last two seasons of mike archer were 4-7, and 5-6.
