I've been seeing this a lot on the internet, but I haven't seen it in person yet. I have an older Kimber .45 and a brand new one. Neither have ever given me a problem. The fit and finish on both are great. I'm sure people have had problems with them, but from my personal experience I would recommend them to anyone.

Never had an issue with the 3 I owned either.
So that's at least 5 that had no issues.
