I understand, but the Operators walk the jobs out and issue the permits. There are many who simply don't know the ins and outs like their predecessors.

Oh, I agree with you. I just replied to your comment because it was the last posted. But yes Exxon is huge into diversity rather than best person for the job.

I would also bet that nobody had a gas detector either. Hell when I worked in there they didn't require h2s monitors and that was 4 years ago
