There is a grey area, and when police are called to the beach in my front yard, they will be arrested. There is very little "private" beach in GS.

That's what I understand as well. Orange Beach on the other hand is almost all Private Beaches.

Sounds like a rich kid with lawyer daddy should challenge this law on a private beach.
