You're a lost cause. You have no power of critical thinking at all. I'm signing off and going downstairs to cook dinner. I'll leave you with one last example that a 3rd grader could understand.

Advocate: I demand that water be available to every household in this town. Water is essential! We cannot live without water. Anyone who is opposed to water wants to visit death and destruction upon us. Anyone who opposes water should be put in jail. Vote NOW for water!

Opponent: Uh, you have water.

Advocate: Hmmm? OK. Never mind.

To use your example... If said opponent expressed his wish to take your water away, which is the point that I'm making, then the "advocate's" battle is still not won.
And btw, let's not get into clean water being a right, because the CEO of Nestle has expressed his view that water is not a right. If he had his way, what then?
