Do this today! Get a calendar and take notes of every single thing you can remember with dates. Tune w kids, etc. Everything relevant.

Download a call recorder on your phone and record ALL communication. She only has to say one bad thing to screw herself.
Don't forget you're being recorded too! But goat her into saying something bad...keeping kids away, etc etc

Just remember, when you talk, text, speak in public.....act like your being videotaped....

Make it ALL about the kid.

Other than being upset because of this event, are you deep down happy to possibly being without her? Sounds like there are a ton of issues between you.

This is great advice. Delete all your texts and emails right now and DO NOT text or email your ex anything. She already has whatever you've already sent, nothing you can do about that but in a perfect world you want nothing in writing.

I was faithful. Her no idea. I didn't have time to be unfaithful because I was basically a single dad.
