Planning a Trip to Europe

Plan on starting in London and working our way though many of the major cities. Thinking of ending in Greece. We're trying to nail down a list of cities we want to hit in our limited time we have there.
Any web sites you'd recommend on what cities have the most to offer? Also, would be looking to stay in hostels or Airbnb. I remember a year or so back there was a good guide to traveling the continent posted here.
FYI, we're in our late 20s. Want to check out some good architecture and looking for some good night life, for what it's worth. Would probably only be able to swing about 2 weeks for the trip.
Any help is much appreciated!

Probably too ambitious for only two weeks. You could spend two weeks in London and Paris alone.
So unless you want to just see a city and move on and not get a feel for any of it, it might be doable.
Pro-Tip: Its INSANELY cheap to fly from European city to city. Much cheaper and can be faster than the train. Check out Ryanair, Easyjet, etc etc and see if it works for you.

Architecture & Night Life?
Paris
Amsterdam
London
Rome
Athens
Madrid
Barcelona
Dublin
Munich
in no particular order come to mind.
If I had two weeks I'd fly or take the train between three or four of them.
The Chunnel train (the Eurostar going from Paris to/from London or Brussels) is an option, you avoid losing time to & fro airports but it is more expensive than flying.
Also, the French & Spanish rail systems are fast, those three trains (Eurostar, Ave, SNCF) would be the only ones I used rather than flying because they go from City Centers to City Centers. They are more expensive but to me my vacation time is worth it
Good luck!![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconcheers.gif)

I would do just Greece in two weeks. Plenty to do and its time consuming hopping from island to island. You got some of the best architecture in Athens, Corfu etc and some of the best night life in Mykonos. Two weeks is just about enough time to do Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and one more island properly.

As has already been said, trying to do so much in 2 weeks is going to be tough. Not that it can't be done, y'all are young, but I don't think it'll be as enjoyable IMO.
You'll be spending at least a quarter of your time traveling, whether on train, bus, plane, etc, not to mention packing every other day and waiting times.
I assume y'all will be going out alot too. Add that into the equation, staying out late, being hungover, and trying to catch flights and whatnot on little sleep, and I see a recipe for a trip that's more tiring than fulfilling.
Is it really worth going somewhere if you only get 1 day out of it? I've made this mistake on a few trips, but am now starting to learn.
I think y'all would be better off doing 2, maybe 3, large cities and getting all you can out of those.
That's just my opinion though, good luck on your trip
