Didn't your Chavis lawsuit argue what I just did? That he was consorting with the aggies while under LSU contract? Did LSU not seek damages for this?

I'm pretty sure the suit is about the buyout provision not that he interviewed with A&M while under contract. The contract said he owed LSU 400K if left before 1/31/15. Chavis and A&M say he didn't start until Feb 2015. LSU says he was recruiting for A&M before Jan 31. Coaches change jobs while under contract all the time, even if say UH had a basis for suit, which I doubt, they would be beyond stupid to sue, I mean good luck ever finding a good coach ever again.
