Wife got me a masterbuilt last year , at first I was skeptical of it being electric but I love it ,

Everything I smoke comes out perfect

There is a model that all make I believe where you have to open the damned door to add wood or pellets. DONT get that one. It's cheaper but what the hell is the point to losing all your heat and smoke?

Has to have a little twist tube that you can load with wood during a long smoking.

I take pride in being personally responsible for cooking one of the best turkeys I've ever eaten. Borrowed a buddies Masterbilt.

It is virtually an outdoor toaster so I wouldn't expect much longevity.

I have a masterbuilt and i seem to oversmoke my stuff. How often do you add chips for ribs? Pork butt? Brisket?
