I don't want him. He is an immature jackass. He needs someone strong like Saban to keep him in line. And he is still about to cross the line. He will frick it up if he is in charge again. Think about it. He rubbed USC the wrong way so bad they left his arse at the airport. Programs don't do that to people unless they are total scumbags.
