I have the Ruger LCP .380 and added a pocket clip--similar to a knife clip. When it's in the front pocket of jeans it is very inconspicuous and looks like a knife, but is very easily accessible.
HOWEVER, even when when I'm carrying the .380 I feel as though I should have my .40. I'd hate to need to use my pistol, and only have the .380... Problem is the .40 that I love is my Beretta and it's pretty bulky, so I can't really carry with shorts.
Guess I'm in the market for a new (light and more concealable) concealed carry.
