If this is true, Obama will have to Pardon Hillary, the Clinton Foundation and her staff. This is the Chernobyl of destruction to the DNC. It will damage them for generations to come.

Meanwhile, Texas can have a special election and elect another uber conservative to the US Senate. This is a win all the way around.

We are witnessing one of the greatest defeats on a political party in American history.

Elections have consequences.

Cruz was Solicitor General for Texas for a while and served as an associate to the state attorney general and worked in the Bush DOJ for several years before the senate. He's a pretty strict constitutionalist as well and is a smart guy. I obviously didn't support him in the primaries but this job is perfect for him.

Would Cruz as AG for a few years make it easier to confirm him for the Supreme Court than if he was nominated now for Scalia's seat?

Damn man I want Rudy as AG. Third is bad news. I don't trust that Canadian Cuban bastard to be loyal.
